Chocolate molding line

Our design studio worked on the design of a chocolate moulding line, planning the handling by catenary on polyzene profile from scratch.

With respect to the material choice, we choose a stainless steel structure, with a special focus on "sanitary design"; thus responding effectively and preventing bacteria from entering and growing.

Besides, we dealt with different aspects of the development of this line, concerning:

• Mechanical design;
• Creation of technical drawings;
• Industrialisation of the product;
• Draft of the User and Maintenance Handbook;
• Technical documentation required to comply with the European Directives on machinery.
