Cooling tunnel for confectionery products
Studio A.S.E. implemented, for a confectionery factory, a cooling tunnel for food products of different length and dimension.
The recirculation of the air, which is cooled through batteries, allows the decrease of the temperature of the product passing through the tunnel.
We especially focused on the materials and finishings to reduce the energy losses to the maximum extent and to optimize the machine efficiency: therefore we provided coving with insulating product and appropriate silicone supports in order to avoid the outflow on internal air.
