Studio A.S.E. worked on several projects of continuous flow ovens.
During the design stage we focused on energy saving, improving the insulation of the oven side walls.
The length of the oven works in close relation with the cooking time and the required hourly production; this is why the oven length and width can vary according to the necessities of the final client.
In order to keep the oven as standard as possible, it is divided into modules that can be combined according to convenience.
On the conveyor belt width level, we designed ovens with widths up to 1000, 1200, 1500, 2000, 4000 mm.
