Studio A.S.E. worked on the project of a seasoned cheese lifter, for the extraction out of the seasoning tank.
The structure was entirely designed in welded and bolted stainless steel and we executed a structural test in order to optimize the use of the material.
Those were the key points of our project:
- the respect of hygienic regulations concerning the contact with food;
- the compact sizes of the machines, which had to be inserted into pre-existing cement tunnels.
