Sliced bread production line

Studio A.S.E. worked on the design of a sliced bread production system, dealing in particular with the various stages, from design to implementation of the technical drawings, the drafting of the user and maintenance handbooks and the consultancy for the realization of the "Technical Dossier", in compliance with the Machine Directive guidelines.

For each machine of the system we therefore designed:

  • area for preparation and shaping of the bread on trays;
  • leavening compartment;
  • oven with two hobs.
  • needle depanner;
  • cooling tower for trays.
