Sponge cake production line

Studio A.S.E. worked on the complete design of a sponge cake production system.
We designed, in detail:

• the kneading machine;
• the continuous cooking oven;
• the exit area

The design study also included the layout of the pipes necessary for the movement of the product and the layout of the electrical cables which supplied the machine.
We also completed the technical documentation, necessary to draft the user and maintenance handbook as well as to comply the Machine Directives guidelines.
