Over the years we have carried out a wide range of mechanical design, reverse engineering, structural calculation and product industrialization projects on behalf of our customers. Every project enables us to deploy the full extent of our professionalism and technical skills, while at the same time improving and extending our knowledge and experience in a particular industry.
We were commissioned to re-design some medium-power tubular boilers to bring them into line with ASME requirements and make them suitable for sale in North America.
We were commissioned to design the necessary modifications to upgrade the components and assemblies of a heat exchanger intended for the North American market, in order to facilitate welding operations and bring the product into line with ASME requirements.
We undertook the 3D development of a boiler assembly complete with internal and external sheet-steel panels and valve connection ramps.
Under an ongoing agreement with a customer from the HVAC and plumbing sector, we develop special burners to customer specifications, starting from series models.
Our design office created a new range of medium-power burners for a client company.
On behalf of a client company, we developed the layout of an innovative low-power burner intended for light industrial and residential heating applications.
