Rotary forming machine
We were commissioned to design a new forming machine for food products with electronic control and drum width of 1,500 mm.

2-4-row filling machine for sandwich biscuits
The design of a filling machine for sandwich biscuits with required throughput of 1600-3200 pieces per hour is an extremely delicate task and requires a high level of care and attention to detail, including the choice of materials that come into contact with the food product and the ease of cleaning of the machine.
Sliced bread production line
We undertook the design of a complete production line for sliced bread, handling all the various design phases, the drafting of the technical drawings, the authoring and production of the use and maintenance manuals and the provision of consulting services for the compilation of the necessary "Technical Dossier” to obtain conformity marking in accordance with the Machinery Directive.
Pallet transportation line
We undertook the design of a pallet transportation system for an automated warehouse. When loaded with products, the pallets had a maximum weight of 1400 kg.
Renovation of operator cabins
As part of a wider redevelopment project for a port facility, our design office undertook the remodeling of operator cabins for existing port cranes.
